Hello Taiwan taiwan. 20 Aug - 26 Aug 2014

It's been awhile since I have blogged and shared my experiences. However , I'm kind of excited yet hesitated if I should go on this Taiwan trip with my Lovely Girl Yi Ting. It's Our first maiden trip overseas and consented by her parents as well.

Being not so keen for the trip , Yi Ting did most of the research and Administrative. It was a last minute decision to go on a holiday as this did not cross my mind during the period of clearing my National service LEAVES and EXTRA HOURS. It is both our 2nd time to Taiwan and this is our 1st free and easy trip. Due to the super good deal Scoot is having. I guess is due to MH370 disappearances and the series of events that took place in Taiwan killing many people.



Our trip on a 2k budget inclusive of transportation , lodging and flights. We traveling to Kaohsiung , Taipei  and Yi-lan. We travel around Taiwan mainly on public bus (To experience life in Taiwan) , trains and twice on taxi. Language is a slightly a issue to me as my dialect and mandarin sucks to the core. Thank God for Yi ting for being so proactive in overcoming the language barrier.
