This is the Lesson learnt for not listening to instructions. Screwed 2 stock headlight assembly on my journey on sourcing for the cheapest solution for a brighter headlamp on my Ta200 after removing the previous hyper bright and battery draining assembly.
On my experiment this time round, Got total of 3 stock bulb rating 24/24watts ,1 white halogen and 1 halogen bulbs which is rating 35/35w. When it's printed 30/30w on my headlight assembly.
Meaning over the rating of 5watts. Did't know 5 Watts could be so serious. Eventually melt the plastic assembly too..
In the mist of deciding to fixed on the extra bright / draining battery headlight assembly or stock headlight with 30w halogen bulb...
We shall see folks.. I shall test and be the white mouse ;D Risk taker here xD
