peacemakers or peacekeepers

Had a great sermon last Sunday on peacemakers by Pastor Ronald..

Many people in this world are usually peacekeepers...At home, some people just keep quiet whenever the family members scream and scold...



some points i would like to note down:

1. Peacemakers are not "peace keepers"


2. peacemakers are pacific


3. peacemakers are promoters of righteousness

Here are some characterise of peace:

1. know peace inwardly


2. bring peace spiritually


3. pursue peace socially

Contemporary peacemakers

shock to hear of a 8 year old boy in Indonesia who was anointed by god to make peace between the Muslims and Christians. Muslims in Indonesia had been killing Christians in their land till the 8 year old boy specks.

We are :

1. 
   
   Favour of children of god


2. 
   
   Dignity as children of God

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God
