sports week?

It's a Flat! My second time having flat in my cycling world. But thank god these time, i got my club mates joyriders lending me a hand.. Some where along loyang road where i heard a pop sound and here goes my tires.. would like to thank Joyce , JJ , kitty pat and some others for stopping for me. Being so paranoid soon after repairing the flat and only speed up along coastal on Saturday. Did a 2 men coastal at 40km/hr and manage to pull 4 lamp-post at 38-40km. all thanks to the 3.30am ride with kenneth earlier on. WooHooo!!!


For the first time after 48 years, Singapore had won a sliver medal in Beijing 2008 Olympics. All thanks to our paddles trio lead by Li jiawei. Felt so proud for them as they won the first medal for our nation. though they may be a foreign talent , But they hearts and commitment was with Singapore. Pray hard that Singapore will further improve in the near future. Hope to see Team Singapore in cycling soon.
